The Helmet Zone ships all helmets Factory Direct from the manufacturer's closest regional distribution warehouse to your delivery address. This allows us an average delivery time of 2 business days from the date your order is processed.
Please allow 1 business day to process your order. Orders placed after 12:00 (Noon) EST, ship the following business day. We Do Not Ship to PO Boxes
***Special Notes: Icon, Thor, Z1R and Alpine Star products generally take an additional 5-7 business days for delivery and are only eligible to ship UPS Ground.

All helmets or gear priced over $100 (individually) will receive FREE UPS Ground shipping on that item. You also receive FREE UPS Ground Shipping on all products, of a given brand, when you spend $100 or more on that brand.
Free shipping does not apply to Hawaii, Alaska or Canada.
Easy Exchanges, Returns and Warranty Help
Exchanges for size: If you need to return any helmet or gear for size exchange just call 1-888-832-1217 with in 5 days of receipt and we will give you a return authorization code (RAC). All RAC codes expire 15 days from "issue date". When you ship the helmet or gear back, make sure it is in the original packing and in the display box and packed in an additional outside shipping carton with adequate packaging. It is best to use the shipping box we shipped you the helmet or gear in if possible. The shield cover must be intact as well as all tags and manufacturers warranty material. The helmet or gear must be in new and unused condition. All exchanges are processed for a flat $15.00 on orders $100.00 or less. All orders over $100.00 will be charged 15% processing fee. Most exchanges are processed within 48 hours of receipt. Exchanges are for size of the identical product only. All other return/exchanges will be subject to a 25% processing fee.
Warranty Claims: If you have a warranty issue with a helmet, call us at 1-888-832-1217 and we will give you instructions on how to address your issue. We do not warranty the helmets ourselves but we help you with all manufacturers warranty claims. Each manufacturer has a preference on how to handle warrantees on their product so let us help you through this process. In most cases the manufacturers will want the helmet returned to us but some handle warranties directly.
Returns for refunds (not for size or model exchanges): If you need to return any helmet or gear just call 1-888-832-1217 with in 15 days of receipt and we will give you a return authorization code (RAC). All RAC codes expire 15 days from "issue date". Refunds are processed after assessing a 25% restock fee (minimum $10.00 per order) and shipping to you. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for shipping of the product back to us for a refund. Please give us a chance to try to get you into the proper helmet rather than just doing a return for refund. Please do not send any return shipments freight COD or Freight collect, as they will not be accepted by the distribution center. When you ship the helmet or gear back, make sure it is in the original packing and in the display box and packed in an additional outside shipping carton with adequate packaging. It is best to use the shipping box we shipped you the helmet or gear in if possible. The shield cover must be intact as well as all tags and manufacturers warranty material. The helmet or gear must be in new and unused condition. Any product(s) recieved in used condition or without original packaging, tags, protective film, helmet bag, etc. or display box will be refused and returned back to sender. Any refused items will be noted and not eligible for a future exchange/return.
Clearance Products: All clearance items are limited quantities. No backorders and no returns.
Order Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your order for any item provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process. If the item you want to cancel has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled by you or by our customer service department. However, you can return the item for a refund.
Refused Shipments: If an item is refused upon delivery at no fault of The Helmet Zone, the customer will be charged a 25% restock fee minimum $10.00 per order and the refusal fee charged by the shipping company. The Helmet Zone can not be liable for the shipping charges if the item is refused before delivery.
Damage Claims: All damage claims on deliveries must be made with 5 days of arrival to customers home. All damaged returns will be subject to a 15% restock fee or total retail cost of all damaged parts, whichever is higher and shipping. The Helmet Zone is not responsible for damaged equipment being returned.
